I would certainly recommend Advanced Water Solutions for a water softener. Jay (the owner) was very pleasant to work with as we decided which options to install and very flexible on the install date. On the day of the installation, Paul, the installer, was very transparent about what he was doing. Paul made sure everything was installed correctly & gave us a nice demo before leaving. Overall we're enjoying the water softener after about a week of use--there are already fewer water stains on our faucets/shower doors.

We have had our Advanced Water Solutions system for quite a few years now and overall are very pleased. We just had our yearly service and both techs that performed the service on our equipment were great! They showed showed up on time, and walked me thru every step of the service. The service was clean and very complete. In addition, both techs were very professional and displayed totally understanding of the meaning of customer service. In March of 2011 AWS was recognized as a Hall of Fame Member with the BBB for a record of no outstanding complaints. Jay Hellenbrand is a certified Water Specialist, Certified Installer, and has specialty certifications in Reverse Osmosis, Deionization, Filtration, and Ultra filtration. Jay also carries a California State Contractors License. Advanced Water Solutions also meets California's requirement for water softeners to have a salt efficiency rating of at least 4,000 grains of hardness removed per pound of salt used in regeneration.
